About Laura

Laura's unique gift to the world is to bring together the esoteric and practical helping others ground their authentic signature of love into their everyday lives. She does this as a channel, teacher, guide, and facilitator.

Her diverse background includes a Yale MBA, a MA in Spiritual Psychology, years of training in energy medicine and the shamanic tradition, accessing and working within the Akashic Records, channeling in a variety of forms, theta healing, being a meditation teacher, and more.

Her personal path has deeply guided her work and includes a deeply transformative journey that included: 

• Facing the early death of three immediate family members  

• Transitioning out of a strict religious tradition to a fulfilling spiritual life 

• Mending the long-term impact of childhood sexual abuse   

• Recovery from thyroid cancer  

• Conscious uncoupling with her ex-husband after 20+ years while running a business together 

• Recreating a new expression of family with her children, family & life partner  

• And last but not least, co-parenting to raise three beautiful and diverse beings  

Her healing journey was influenced by somatic experiencing, art and conscious movement, transformational breathwork, yoga, conscious rebirthing, native American tradition, plant medicine training, Gestalt therapy and parts work and a dedication to integration of the inner child.

She also brings a depth of business experience from her prior career in Fortune 50 companies and having co-founded a multi-million-dollar boutique healthcare firm.

Yet at the core of all her work is the relationship we have to love itself. She translates this into practical wisdom to help others experience more love in relationships - whether those are intimate ones or further out in our circles of connection through family, work or community.
